Which are you going to listen to?

The Young and the Restless has caught podcast fever! Billy Abbott launched one a few weeks ago and we’re told that his middle-night ramblings about the devilishly rich are a huge hit (did listeners know he’s a devilishly rich too?).

Young and the Restless: ‘R’ Us Podcasts

Now Adam Newman has convinced Victor Newman that they should jump on this bandwagon. What will Adam’s podcast be about? Will he go after the evil rich who start podcasts exposing the evil rich?

And if Adam’s (Mark Grossman) podcast is a hit, will other characters launch theirs? Here are our predictions of what everyone will be talking about:

For Y&R women only

Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier): How to have it all. Join the heiress of not one, but two wealthy Genoa City families as she walks you step-by-step through the process of landing your dream job (have someone pull the strings for you), the man of your dreams (a bit of blackmail is very exciting), and raise your dream child (the nannies are super helpful, any woman claiming to be overworked and stressed should really look into this) . You’re welcome.

Lily Winters (Christel Khalil): Rebuilding your life after prison – with just a few million dollars to start. It will be fun, with lots of easy talk and advice on merging huge corporations in just a week.

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope): the latest trends. No, really, that’s all I’m going to talk about. Everyone loves fashion…especially when you can’t see it and only listen to someone else talk about it.

Young and restless: for gentlemen

Devon Hamilton (Bryton James): Fatherhood made easy. You don’t need a relationship to have a child! Just volunteer to be a friend’s sperm donor with no strings attached, then completely change your mind. You’ll have a baby without having to pretend to care about the mother or even deal with the inconveniences of pregnancy (a surrogate really helps, here).

Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic): Changing careers mid-life, no previous experience necessary! How to get your ideas taken seriously by your family…er…your colleagues/bosses…even if you’ve been doing this for five minutes!
