Southbound Coffee Serves Fall Flavors + Positivity
SAN ANTONIO – Adriana Ruiz still brews her coffee and positivity, now moving to a new location at 103 Carle Ave. near I-10 and Probandt.
“We were able to acquire more subscribers on our social media pages,” Ruiz said. “We decided to move Southtown more just because we needed something more accessible.”
Her pink trailer is known in the community, having several loyal customers, she is proud of this passion project.
“I love talking to people and because I’m the only one running the business,” she said. “I feel like I bond a lot with my clients, I mean you walk over to a pink trailer, you feel happy and you go for a coffee – I want them to have a good experience.”
Ruiz says she has a lot of followers, including her father.
“He’s really excited and he’s talking about it and then his friends came over and they were talking about him and the way he talks about my business, it’s a nice feeling,” she said. “Just to think that my parents sacrificed so much like coming here and being proud of me is very gratifying.”
