The Independence Police have issued a money alert for a 68-year-old man. Authorities said Denis H. Hare is a resident of Maywood Manor at 1041 W. Truman Road, and left the facility around noon Tuesday and did not return until the evening curfew. . She is diagnosed with dementia, schizophrenia, COPD and high blood pressure all of which require medication. He missed his evening and night doses.
