Four Auburn employees selected for the inaugural cohort of the Emerging Leaders program

Four Auburn University employees have been selected to be part of the inaugural cohort of the National Association of College and University Business Officers’, or NACUBO, Emerging Leaders Program.

The four employees, who are among 73 high-potential business leaders nationally selected from a large pool of applicants, are:

  • Adrienne Frank, Deputy Director of Finance, Harbert College of Business

  • Amanda Malone, Director, Budget Services Provost

  • Simon Snyder, Director, Finance and Administration, Faculty of Science and Mathematics

  • Michelle Hancock, Assistant Controller

Representing Auburn, these employees will work with other business and finance professionals to enhance their personal leadership skills, examine the impact of business office and inter-campus relationships, and gain a better understanding of the current state. and the future of higher education.

“Developing the next generation of leaders focused on sustainable business and financial practices is critical to the future of higher education,” said Kelli Shomaker, vice president of business and finance. “Programs like this ensure Auburn helps build a cohort of leaders who can make informed decisions and drive positive change for decades to come.”

The new program reflects NACUBO’s organizational priority to strengthen and diversify the portfolio of sales managers.
