Tessa is sure they are tearing up photos from her photo shoot and she walks over to ask if it was a total disaster. Summer tells her the problem was that she couldn’t choose just one; they were all so good. “Your smile alone could sell a thousand dresses.” Mariah asks what they were watching that was so disappointing. Kyle smiles. They were looking at different concepts for their vow renewal. Mariah and Tessa are excited about the news. Summer thinks they should let him come to them. They all laugh when Noah arrives. He backs up on the terrace so they can’t see him.

In the Abbott living room, Traci meets Allie and is surprised to find her there at this time of day. Allie assures him that everything is fine at work. At Crimson Lights, Phyllis finds Summer and Kyle and tells them, “Something happened.” Just then, Kyle gets a text and says, “That’s my mom.”

Noah, Mariah and Tessa arrive at the Abbott mansion. Allie says she wasn’t sure what to say. Noah hopes Traci’s party is free. They’re planning a surprise for Summer and Kyle and might need her help. Traci hopes they don’t surprise them with their vow renewal. Noah explains that it’s a vow renewal party at his new club. Traci likes the idea. They debate whether to include Diane in the festivities or do they ask about the difficulty of putting her in the same room with Phyllis and a disposable cake. Traci thinks they’ll do the best they can and Allie agrees. Mariah is skeptical and offers not to invite either of them. Noah thinks that sounds wrong. Allie suggests there may be another option that doesn’t rule out either of them.

After: Hunter King shares vacation photos with her boyfriend

At Jabot’s, Diane is sure Phyllis wasted no time running to Summer and Kyle. Phyllis felt they had a right to know what happened. Diane is glad she told them, which is why she asked them to meet her…so she can tell the truth. Phyllis accuses her of doing it because she got caught, but Jack vouches for Diane – he was with her before the phone call and she was very remorseful. Diane thanks him and says what she did was totally irrelevant. “I am really sorry.” She lost her temper, and it was inappropriate and unprofessional. Phyllis wonders if she should applaud Diane’s outstanding performance. Diane will spare Kyle and Summer the discomfort of firing her and officially resign. Phillis smiled. She thinks Diane is doing the right thing. Summer nods at Kyle and Phyllis asks what’s going on. Kyle reminds her that they made it clear that they would both be gone if there were any further infractions and Diane quit because of an argument with her. Phyllis can’t believe it – do they want her to quit too?! Phyllis didn’t provoke her! When she came to see them in good faith, she sealed her own fate?!? Diane mutters, “Nobody likes a tattletale.” Kyle asks, “What was that?” Diane was just saying that they had made the terms of their employment perfectly clear; Phyllis must not have grasped the concept of what they said. Kyle tells Phyllis they’re sorry to see her go – it seems like it was inevitable. Phyllis exits. Diane hopes they can all get together for dinner at some point. She goes out too.

At the Abbotts, Allie suggests staggering Diane and Phyllis’ arrival times. Noah loves their idea and Traci thinks it might work. Mariah warns that they will have to make sure there is no overlap. Traci suggests they put Diane first; it will be easier to get out of the room. They all agree.

In Jabot, Jack receives a message from Traci, who wants to see him. Summer tells Kyle that her dad is a pushover – why should they give their mom another chance? “We have to be firm.” Kyle wonders if it’s worth the collateral damage to Marchetti to prove a point. Summer worries if they let them get away with it, they won’t take it seriously anymore. Kyle thinks they should see what they do next. If they write apology letters they will give them another chance, if they plan to go to war they will stay gone. Summer accepts this strategy.

If there are other confrontations, no matter who causes them, they are both eliminated.

In LA, Nikki meets Talia Morgan and reveals that she will meet Deacon Sharpe, who helped Diane Jenkins fake her death. She hopes to get enough land to drive her out of town. Talia is eager to hear what she discovers in order to broaden the scope of her story. She has pledged to make a book out of it if the magazine refuses to print more about Diane. Nikki is delighted. She plans to face Deacon completely off guard and confront him. “He has no idea what’s coming.” Talia thinks she’s talking tough but seems nervous. “What exactly do you think will happen today?” Nikki is unsure but has a sense of caution about meeting Deacon. “I have my issues with him.” She needs to be focused and not let Deacon distract her from her goal. Talia realizes that Deacon has the potential to knock her off her guard. Nikki can handle Deacon. Talia suggests that she talk about it with her first. Nikki thinks she might be right, but it’s not recorded.

Nate joins Imani at Crimson Lights and she is clearly upset. Imani reveals that her father collapsed and had to be hospitalized. It’s too much about her mother – she has a knot in her stomach that won’t go away. Nate offers to call his doctor and see what he can find out. He says she has done more for him than she thinks, and he would like to reciprocate.

In Society, Diane complains that it’s not fair if she gets fired for Phyllis’ bad behavior. Phyllis agrees that it doesn’t seem fair if Diane does something and she gets fired. Kyle reminds them that they were told that any conflict between them would be a deciding factor. If they can’t handle the interaction, they shouldn’t have the job in the first place. Phyllis appeals to Summer and Diane to Kyle, but they won’t budge. Kyle tells them they’re fine and don’t want to lose them, but they’re done making concessions. Summer states, “This is your final warning.” Diane promises that they won’t have to deal with being in the middle anymore. Phyllis’ heart is broken that they have to have this conversation with them. ” Ill do nothing. You don’t have to worry about me. They are all excited to get back to work with a fresh perspective. At Newman Enterprises, Victoria explains that Nate wants to be CEO of Chancellor-Winters. Nick exclaims “Whoa!” Victoria reiterates that he sees an opportunity and wants the best for the company. Nick assumes that’s the speech he’s composing right now but everything he’s doing is completely unethical. He warns that if Nate benefits financially, it could draw scrutiny from the SEC. Victoria just wants to know what he thinks of the acquisition. Nick fumes that Nate feels so underappreciated that he took it upon himself to go around Lily and Devon after all the hard work they put in to merge these two companies. “Vick, they’re going to take it personally. Because it’s personal. Victoria shrugs. They’ll be upset at first, but that’s one of the risks of going public. Nick wonders if his desire to acquire the company has anything to do with Billy. “Should he answer you? Is that what it’s all about?

After: Watch Jason Thompson’s Baby Girl Grow

In Los Angeles, Nikki tells Talia about her alcoholism and how Deacon was there for it and took advantage of it. She remembers Deacon pouring her a drink at Gloworm, then showing them a pact to get sober. In the present, she explains to Talia that Victor left with Diane. On the day she’s supposed to be dead, she confronted her drunk, picked up a rock, and hit her on the head. Deacon also took advantage of this situation. She starts ordering vodka from room service so she can marry Sharpe. Nikki explains that it took her a long time to get out of this hole and she didn’t want to look back. Today, to face Deacon, that’s exactly what she will have to do.

Talia admires Nikki for taking her life back. Nikki had to be strong for herself and her family. Talia thinks she’s strong enough to face anything or anyone. Nikki starts hitting on Deacon in a hotel room and informs him that she’s going to visit her sister so she can figure out what’s going on in his head…and his heart. In the present, Nikki tells Talia she needs to remember exactly who and what Deacon Sharpe is…if you get complacent, that’s where you can really get in trouble.

After: Shockwaves shake Chesapeake Shores!

At Newman, Victoria denies that Billy’s potential role is a factor. Nick doesn’t buy it for a minute. Victoria continues on how powerful and explosive it would be to bring Chancellor-Winters under her umbrella. Nick replies: “Explosive yes, but not in a good way. He complains that this undermines Devon and Lily, two people he greatly respects, and thinks it’s a decision their father would make. He also fears that it is a massive financial production. Victoria concedes that is exactly what Victor would do. She’ll lead it through him but ultimately, that’s her calling. She remembers that Victor once had control of the Chancellor after Katherine’s death. Now they have the perfect opportunity to get it back. “Can you give me a solid reason why we shouldn’t seize the moment?” Nick shakes his head. “Not one you wanted to hear, apparently.”

At Jabot’s, Diane stops by Jack’s office to say she’s sorry for bringing her accusations about Phyllis to Kyle and Summer. Jack wonders if she realizes Phyllis wasn’t guilty. Diane glosses over this to say that she now knows she has put the children in a terrible position by forcing them into mediation when they only want simple working relationships with their mothers. Jack asks what caused the epiphany. Diane tells him about the scene at Society and the ultimatum. Jack thinks they have a lot of incentives to get along. Diane says they both thought it was unfair. Jack raises an eyebrow – so she and Phyllis have agreed on something. He thinks they’re enjoying this war and wonders if it’s more important to them than their jobs and even their families. Diane says it’s ridiculous, but Jack has been there with Victor. “Don’t fall into old habits!” he begs. Diane takes this as if he cares for her and assures him that she will take all his advice to heart. “I promise things will be different from now on.” Jack is glad to hear it, for Kyle’s sake and his own.

Nikki has orders for Deacon

In a Young and restless preview for the week of September 19-23, Nikki bumps into her ex. Read what’s going on and watch the preview below.

For weeks, Phyllis and Nikki have been trying to find some kind of dirt on Diane to get her out of their lives. Their plan to use investigator Talia Morgan hit a snag when a mysterious figure was able to force Talia’s editor to kill off her Diane series. And Phyllis’ idea of bringing Diane down by working at Marchetti with her was also a failure.

After: Preview of Adam asking Sally *that* question

Now Nikki has decided to go to Los Angeles to see the one person who can possibly provide them with what they need. Unfortunately, it’s her ex-husband Deacon, with whom she doesn’t have a good history. Victoria reminded her mother that it was a man who had blackmailed her into getting married, and Victor also worried about this plan. Nikki swore she knew what she was doing and wouldn’t jeopardize her sobriety.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ToIegRrkKaU

Nikki comes face to face with Deacon this week and asks him if he really thought the truth wouldn’t come out. She and others know he helped Diane fake her death years ago. He assumes she is here for revenge. She is, but not on him, at least as long as he does what she says.

What do you think of the fans? What is Nikki doing and will it work?

Y&R spoilers for Monday, September 19 are all about the secrets, as Sally Spectra and Nicholas Newman play a game of hiding, Kyle Abbott is almost completely honest with Summer Newman Abbott and Phyllis Summers is caught off guard.

Y&R Spoiler Highlights

Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) dumped Sally (Courtney Hope)…for his own good. Then he changed his mind and wanted her back. Except Sally has moved on…with Nick (Joshua Morrow).

READ THIS: Find out what happened today on The Young and the Restless.

We’d say no one was more surprised by the development than Sally and Nick, except we suspect Adam is about to blow both of their surprises out of the water. He showed up at Sally’s hotel room and found Nick there. Adam is not an idiot. Then again, Sally and Nick are pretty good at tap dancing….

Young and the Restless Surprise Party

Kyle (Michael Mealor) is hiding secrets from Summer (Allison Lanier)…for his own good. All he wants is to surprise her with a renewal of vows that will make up for the wedding in Italy that no one has seen.

But they are also somewhat at odds over the conflict between their mothers. What if Summer mistook her cover of one for the other? They’re not a couple that’s good at communicating, and they tend to break up in the blink of an eye (like the one Summer wore after throwing Kyle at the altar, then stalking him around town) . It can go very wrong, very quickly.

Y&R Spoilers I Know Best

Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) still thinks she’s the smartest person in the room, which means the best way to fool her is to let her keep thinking that…until the rug is pulled out from under her. . Will it happen, or will Phyllis prove she still knows what she’s doing?

Who knew Genoa City might even have earthquake?

If you’ve been a little frustrated with The young and the restless recently, you are not alone. We, too, lamented everything from Nick’s lack of love life to Jack’s treatment of Phyllis, from the endless job changes as storylines to the waste of potentially crucial characters. (Hey, Ashland!) But it’s not just fall in the air, it’s change.

As you read this, Nick falls into an affair with Sally that we’ve been waiting for, pleading, dying for ages. Its good. This takes MVP Joshua Morrow off the bench and puts him back on the line (doing more than wring his hands on the Newman family business). And Nick and Sally’s affair sets the stage for fantastic lines with his exes, Sharon and Phyllis, as well as his own – his half-brother, Adam.

Jack and Phyllis are still kind of a mess, but the addition to the cast of A life to live vet Trevor St. John – we’re guessing, as Diane’s partner in crime – promises to shake things up way hell. What we hope is that her character will not only conspire with Diane but, against her better judgment, fall in love with Phyllis.

How deliciously messy that would be this be?

Amanda teases Phyllis about Jack Y&R

Although the show hasn’t seemed to know what to do with Chelsea for ages – she’s no longer a creator, she’s a podcaster! She doesn’t fall for Rey, she falls for Billy… or is it Chance? – there are signs that we read as overwhelmingly positive. As in, she’s about to snap and get mean for a while. And if you ask us, that’s a much better use of the talented Melissa Claire Egan than just letting her character wander from story to story.

Elena, Nate romance Y&R

Finally, while we haven’t been too excited about Nate and Devon’s Chancellor-Winters tiffs so far – the stakes have seemed so low we could trip them up – their conflict is about to reach a turning point. After that, unless we miss our target, both of their relationships will be turned upside down. Will Nate end up with Imani…or will he come back with Amanda? Will Devon eventually reconnect with Elena? We can’t wait to find out.

Review some of Young and restless‘, uh, less successful decisions lately in the photo gallery below that recalls the blunders of the 2022 show.

A wooden chair was set up there, and nearly every English – and then British – sovereign has since been crowned there.

The last was Charles’s mother, Elizabeth II, on June 2, 1953. And now it’s Charles’s turn.

However, the move as spoils of war from Scotland to England 726 years ago was not to be the last of the stone’s forced journeys.

Its symbolic value was invested with such importance that during the Second World War it was removed from Westminster Cathedral and hidden in Gloucester Cathedral lest it otherwise be damaged or destroyed by German bombs.

Only a small number of people were informed of the location of the stone.

Lest he be lost forever, two maps from his hiding place were sent to Canada. The Prime Minister of Canada put a card in a safe at the Bank of Canada and the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario locked his in the safe at the Bank of Montreal in Toronto.

After the war, with the stone back in Westminster Abbey, four Scottish nationalist students slipped in on Christmas night 1950 and removed the block, which weighs around 300 pounds.

Practical, it has two metal rings fixed in its ends for transport purposes.

The stone broke in two and the students buried it in a field in Kent. The larger part was shipped to Scotland within days, followed by the smaller broken part.

A Glasgow politician has secretly arranged for a stonemason to join the broken ends.

Eventually the stone was left on the altar at Arbroath Abbey, between Dundee and Aberdeen. It was highly symbolic: in 1320 a letter known as the Declaration of Arbroath was written by Scottish barons, affirming the independence of the Kingdom of Scotland and denouncing English attempts to subjugate it.

English police, who were frantically searching for the stone, were notified of its whereabouts four months after it disappeared.

It was returned to Westminster Cathedral, where two years later Elizabeth II was crowned in the wooden chair set in stone 657 years previously.

But Scottish nationalists remained outraged that the Stone of Scone was in English hands.

In 1996, with calls for Scotland to separate from the British union, which destabilized Prime Minister John Major’s Conservative Party, the British government made a significant gesture of peace.

The stone was returned to Scotland, precisely 700 years after Edward I stole it.

He has since sat in Edinburgh Castle with the Scottish Crown Jewels.

However, with the coronation of a new king likely to occur in the British spring or summer of next year, the Stone faces another journey.

He will be taken to the south of Westminster Abbey, Edward’s old chair will be affixed there and Charles, seated at the top, will be crowned, like his mother, with St Edward’s crown, in solid gold and studded with 400 precious stones including sapphires, garnets and rubies.

Loading

And then the ancient Stone of Scone, Stone of Destiny, Coronation Stone and Jacob’s Pillow will be carefully returned to Edinburgh Castle.

There he will sit, on the Royal Mile above King Charles’ official Scottish seat, the Palace of Holyrood House, where this week his mother’s body will lie in her coffin, arrested on her journey from Balmoral Castle in London, Charles watched over.

But his journey may not be over yet.

Two years ago Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon announced a plan to return the stone by 2024 to Perth, which has been described as his “spiritual home”.

According to a report from Sport1’s Kerry Hau, the pain of having a big roster could start to get to Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann.

Following Bayern Munich’s 2-0 win over Inter Milan in the Champions League, several players were said to have been at least somewhat disturbed by their role – or lack thereof:

Two goals, three points: it was a perfect start to the Champions League for FC Bayern. However, there were only a limited number of celebrations in the catacombs of the Giuseppe Meazza stadium following the 2-0 win at Inter Milan. Several players left a less good impression when leaving the stadium.

Serge Gnabry and Jamal Musiala, for example, walked to the bus without a word after their brief appearances, as did newcomers Ryan Gravenberch and Noussair Mazraoui, who weren’t used at all. Only one of the reservists stopped briefly to comment – in a meaningful way.

As we learned in Friday’s edition of Schmankerl of the day, Leon Goretzka has already expressed his desire to start, so – if this report is true – Nagelsmann’s honeymoon with this list could be coming to an end. From this point on, the boss may need to strategize to keep his boys happy:

According to information from SPORT1, several players are already dissatisfied with their roles and are pushing for more playing time internally. The coaching staff and managers remain relaxed, tenor: The season is long and everyone will have enough appearances.

Nevertheless, the question arises: can Nagelsmann manage the squad? Even in his first season at Bayern there was criticism of the way he communicated personnel decisions – even from established forces who were used to the empathetic and approachable manner of Nagelsmann’s predecessor, Hansi Flick.

For his part, Nagelsmann is unlikely to take any proactive steps to warn his players that they will be on the bench:

Nagelsmann himself reported ahead of Wednesday night’s game at Inter that he rarely sought one-on-one talks with the reserves immediately before or after his squad was announced. His justification: Usually, it doesn’t lead to anything, those drop out anyway.

Either way, with so much talent and only limited playing time, Nagelsmann will have some tough decisions to make throughout the season.

All the ground is fragile in the latest Soaps.com The young and the restless spoilers from Monday, September 5 through Friday, September 9. Lily and Billy’s relationship seems more uncertain than ever, Nikki and Phyllis’ alliance crumbles, Sally worries Chloe’s bejeezus, and Victor tears Newman apart like a bull in a china shop. Once you’re sure the rug under you isn’t about to be ripped off, read on, and we’ll unbox those teasers and more!

Young and restless Spoilers for Friday, September 2:

In Friday’s recap, Adam apologizes to Sally, Phyllis makes fun of Diane, Kyle cooks up a surprise for Summer, and Victor makes a proposal to Nick.

Since it’s a day of the week that ends in “day”, Victor questions Nick’s judgment. Way to make the guy happy to be back in the family business, Pops!

For so long, Nikki and Phyllis felt powerless to fight back at Diane. But finally, the unlikely tag team is able to celebrate a victory. But at what cost ?

When Kyle receives some disturbing news from Jack, we have a hunch it will be about the expose. Will executive Marchetti feel pressured to fire his mother-in-law?

Young and restless Spoilers for Monday, September 5:

In Monday’s recap, Diane receives a cryptic text, Sally struggles, Adam counsels Nick, and Summer confronts Kyle.
Chance Bed Abby Y&R

Nobody could have seen this one coming. To joke. Everybody could see it coming except for Nikki and Phyllis. When their plan backfires, the only questions are, “How badly? and “Which of them will be burned the most?”

Apparently, having resumed reading How to Destroy a Marriage in Three Simple Steps, Kyle is keeping a secret from Summer. Mm-hmm. Because it always went so well for “Skyle”.

Could we have our first tease of A life to live The imminent arrival of veterinarian Trevor St. John’s in Genoa City? We suspect that will be the case when Diane receives an encrypted message.

Yellowstone Season 5: Cole Hauser drops behind-the-scenes photos as Rip gets back into his “badass saddle” for the ride of his life.

Young and restless Spoilers for Tuesday, September 6:

Big twist?!? Nick’s future entanglements might be a lot more complicated than we thought!

Victor’s blood pressure is sure to spike again as he uncovers Adam’s latest trickery. At this point, if the Mustache said, “Son, if I told you once, I told you a thousand times – don’t disappoint me!” that would not be an exaggeration.

I can’t say as we blame Lily for questioning Billy’s partnership with Chelsea. We doubt he’d be too enthusiastic, if Lily was throwing sparks with one of the his ex (Daniel, Cane…).

They’ve already managed to nail the tricky part: getting on the same wavelength. Now, Mariah and Tessa are discussing their next chapter — and maybe the diaper changes that might come with it.

Yellowstone shocking: [Spoiler] Back in Season 5 – plus, view a huge gallery full of photos from the past four seasons and storylines that have kept us tuned in every week!

Young and restless Spoilers for Wednesday, September 7:

Ah, nothing says “family” like being stabbed in the back by a relative, huh? It’s going to seem like good old times for the Abbotts when Billy challenges Jack’s leadership to Jabot.

Perhaps sensing that something is about to happen with Nick that could upset the apple cart, Chloe gives Sally a warning…which, let’s face it, she’s less likely to heed than showing up for work in wearing something less than fashionable.

Who will get help when Abby hires Chance to help someone in need? If a detective is required, it could be exceptionally serious.

Young and restless Spoilers for Thursday, September 8:

Likely still dealing with the fallout of her and Phyllis’ botched plan against Diane, Nikki makes a shocking announcement. Could she finally be ready to forget the past?

When Phyllis corners Jack, she may regret it. But how? His actions since Diane rose from the grave have already buried the future that “Phack” dreamed of. Is it still possible that Phyllis could make a bad situation worse?

Speaking of making bad situations worse… Chelsea is making progress with Billy, which can’t be good news for her romance with Lily.

Young and restless Spoilers for Friday, September 9:

Perhaps forgetting that Victoria is in charge, Victor demands changes at Newman Enterprises. Hope helmets come in handy when the headbutt begins.

Nate doesn’t need a scalpel in his hand to be a good trader. Today, the former doctor stands firm in the council chamber.

When Adam changes his mind, will it lead him straight back to Sally…or will he instead decide to quit his job at Jabot to save his buddy Jack’s life?

“Don’t tease us like that!” we cried when The young and the restless (for starters!) flirted with us, hinted at us, and sometimes even promised us new deals…and didn’t keep his promises. See if you, too, have found yourself asking “WTH?” reviewing the photos below of almost couples who never actually happened.

When it comes to The Young and the Restless, every fan has their own opinion – and Soap Hub is no different. For five days, we’ve sat back and watched the good, the bad, and everything in between, and now we bring you a hands-on review and a cheeky review of the week from Y&R.

The Young and the Restless: Critics’ Week in Review

Watching The Young and the Restless, I often find myself wondering what the point of such or the point of this particular point in the story, and I wonder if I am the only one in this case.

Let me give you an example. What is the interest of Chloe Mitchell Fisher (Elizabeth Henrickson)? The only thing I can figure out is that she’s the town’s anti-Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) screamer. Seriously, did she anything other than warning his female colleagues — Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) in particular — to avoid the man? Well yes; she tried to keep Chelsea on the straight and narrow. So apparently Chloe exists to defame Adam and keep her best friend.

And how wasted in Sharon Case? Remember when her Sharon Newman Rosales commandeered the limelight in stories ranging from “so great they’re great” to “so bad they’re good”?

Now the actress is lucky if she’s allowed to strut around the Crimson Lights set in inappropriate workplace attire and complain about the broken cappuccino machine; a REAL good week is spent when she sits at a table and pontificates over a problem one of her kids, one of her many exes, or maybe a brother-in-law is having.

Also, can someone explain to me why The Young and the Restless worked overtime to break up Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow)?

I would also question the very existence of Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang), but if having her on the canvas gives more screen time to Beth Maitland’s Traci Abbott, then I’m all for it. .

If only TPTB at Y&R saw fit to follow through on Traci’s threatening promise that she would one day have another great love.
